At AVI-SPL, we stand behind our professional-grade AV technology and offer a 30-day return window for most hardware to ensure your workplace solutions meet your exact specifications. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all electronics returns.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely package the device in its original manufacturer box with all cables, remotes, and manuals to prevent damage during transit and avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label and RMA form to the outside of the box, then drop it off at an authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
